The Golden Age of Canadian Photography
- Toronto City Hall Rotunda
This historic show covering 60 years of history,
fame and fashion may be the most important
editorial photography exhibition Canada has ever
produced. Hang out with Glenn Gould; save the
world with Lester B. Pearson; devour an ear of
corn with John Diefenbaker; get into bed with
Marilyn Monroe; gyrate with Elvis in Toronto. All
were photographed by Canada’s three Master
photographers: Douglas Kirkland, Paul Rockett, and
John Sebert.
