The Canadian family farm is as old as Canada
itself. This long and treasured icon of Canadiana
has provided a lifestyle and vocation for a large
percentage of the population, and is now at risk
of becoming extinct. This exhibition is a small
sample of farms that are located in south-eastern
Ontario, and south-western Quebec. As you will
see, some are still operational, and others are
aging gracefully.
