Christine Montague’s The Hidden Garden is a year
long, week-to-week, season-to-season exploration
of the changes in the little known, yet exquisite,
residential gardens of Mississauga’s Chappell
House. Located in Riverwood Park, Chappell House
is a stunning 1919 stone manor that has yet to be
discovered by most of the city’s residents.
Montague takes full advantage of this temporary
obscurity to bring her love of unusual angles and
close-up views to these digital photographs.
