Intimate Conversations is a photographic series
exploring the role that form and nuance plays in
creating scenes of intimacy between musicians and
their instruments. The viewer can hear the
whispering undertones of a distant melody
emanating from the shadows. Singing softly, the
musician woos their instrument to join in, as if
in an intimate conversation – a duet, as it were –
with a loved one.
