Camera Obscura / The City you Never See
Camera Obscura is an exhibition addressing the
idea that the art in photography need not be
restricted to paper and frame. Tara Gilchrist
showcases her sculptural glass “viewing rooms” and
functioning pinhole cameras as a modern
illustration of photography’s historical
relationship with glass. Putting the pinhole
sculptures to use, Rick O’Brien’s photographic
study of The City You Never See takes a fresh
approach to this timeless technique.
