Fashion has been a fertile subject for innovative
photographers for almost a century. Pop/Eye: The
Fashion/Culture Matrix is an exhibition
documenting the textures and energies of
contemporary fashion photography as a vehicle for
creative expression, social commentary and the
marketing imperative. The exhibition will feature
nearly 40 images of runway and behind-the-scene
photos made by five photographers, all of them
taken during the Toronto Week of Style.
