Edgar suspends viewers in the surreal
mode between wakefulness and sleep
with his vibrant collection of transitory
landscapes. He situates the viewer in
the passenger seat and parades the
moments past him. While the artist’s
intentions are to prolong this liminal
state, he also illustrates the beauty in
each fleeting instant. Edgar utilizes old-school,
in-camera techniques and
happy accidents to create his signature
look.
