Pornography, erotica and ribaldry are
largely ignored within the art community.
According to Barnes, the vulgar,
sleazy, obscene and the often poorly
stylized images are in desperate need
of rejuvenation. Barnes has reinvented
all that is considered x-rated using
vintage motifs, sartorial splendour and
a dash of the whimsical. He has created
a collection of work that will help to
corrupt those minds that are open to
his lewd persuasion. Larry Flynt would
be proud.
