Edward Lucie-Smith is an English photographer
and
critic whose
career is now in its sixth decade. His work is
shown worldwide
and he is the subject of a major exhibition at the
Helsinki City Art
Gallery this June. This exhibition continues his
work with nude
models. The twenty colour photographs in this
exhibition reveal
Lucie-Smith’s eye for integrating the environs
into the
composition both through symbolic elements and
the
use of
‘accidental’ props.
