The DK Photo Group (DKPG) documents the decay
in social artifacts, the edifices of a society, and the
stories told by the locations. It is a reference to
memory, to the suggestion of what once happened
inside the structures, and to the changing social
conditions that destroyed them. This new work is a
re-interpretation of the image. The beauty in
abandonment and neglect remains, but new
context and meaning results from the
construction/deconstruction of photos.
