“The Lonely Road” implies quiet moments of
deliberations.
This series contains formal compositions of urban
settings
which represent a journey. It employs
compositional devices
such as roads, stairways, tunnels, alleys, and
bridges to
explore the paths we choose. The artist puts
himself on the
path not always taken, venturing off course to
explore joy and
pain simultaneously. It is an ongoing theme in the
photography
of Sandro Loschiavo to show lonely space and
clear moments
of contemplation.
