This exhibition is an exploration of decaying urban
environments and the efforts of individuals to
decorate their places of residence and work.
Although not necessarily intended to be a critique
of market economies or urbanization, these
photographs do highlight tensions inherent to city
life. These photographs also document a strange
beauty found in eroded or neglected environments.
