When I photograph people at the beach I arrive
early, sit, let the rays of sun hit my face, listen to
the splashing water and wait for my clients. I
move from mother to artist.
I love everything about the beach, old beach
photos of surfers, girls in polka dot and ruffled
bottom bikinis, “Elvis in Hawaii”,children building
sandcastles, bright coloured blankets, yellow pails,
pink flip flops, and the sweet smell of suntan lotion
on my children’s skin.
