5pm. Photographer Karen Moe & G.G. Award-
winning poet/painter Joe Rosenblatt offer a
provocative, punctuated peep into the socio-
political conditions & contrasts of first and third
world realities through a lens of canine muse. The
Spanish word “perros” is translated as “dogs”.
And so it is within the shutter’s-split-second that a
bite of truth may be captured onto film, or barked
