The Where to Now exhibition provides an insightful exploration of the camera’s role in human hands and the potential future of photography with the emergence of AI-generated images. The exhibition opens with iconic works from Weegee, Blumenfeld, and Kertesz, initiating a dialogue between artists and cameras that has spanned over a century. The main body of the exhibition showcases the work of ten contemporary photographers and a graphic artist, all bound together by the underlying themes of distortion and surrealism.
Each artist in the exhibition employs a distinct process of perception and interpretation of reality, utilizing techniques such as perspective manipulation, lens distortion, collage, and digital effects. The outcome is a breathtaking collection of images that celebrates the explosion of creativity fostered by technology and accessibility.
