Same Shit, Different Pile (Thrope/Bartlett) – These
surreal self-portraits highlight the
idiosyncrasies of portraiture, particularly as it
pertains to identity. Employing scale and multiple
figures this work also illustrates personal and
interpersonal estrangement.
Illumnixated (Ferris) – A collection of images that
challenges the way that light is used in traditional
photography. By giving up a certain amount of
control the photographer allowed the light and
camera to create their own images.
